Since I said I would, and there aint much to do on this 94* day, I decided to retwist my hair after a good night’s rest (the twist were properly secured under a satin wrap, of course), because even with twisting each individual subsection, I would up with untwisted bases:
Some of the strands had even untwisted completely during the night, and there were some ends that didn’t quite “get it right”., then there was this rogue twist that just had to show out:
So this morning, with my trusty spray bottle loaded with water and my ACV/rosemary tonic, I set about setting everything to rights! Here’s the results:
A whole lot “fuller” in the front, with a partial side part (thanks to the clips holding each twist in place as it dried), and although the section parts are visible in the back, I suspect once my hair dries fully I’ll be able to “fluff” the twists to give it a fuller look.
Having a bit of an issue with the twists at the nape of my neck remaining twisted, but I’ll work those out between now and my next retwist, or twist out (I’m thinking Tuesday).
Over all, I am pleased with the turnout. Looks a little bit closer to how I desire it to look and a little less Buckwheat on meth. *lol*

All righty good people, I am going to find a cool and some what moist, non-humid spot to rest my bones and twists. Here’s hoping each of you is staying cool, dry, and relatively peace-filled on this Sunday afternoon.

Blessed Be.
